Please note: this personal fuel card requires an advanced payment of the total credit limit of the card(s) required.
• We Direct Debit twice monthly on the 3rd and 18th of the month.
• Our fees are $2.24 incl per account per month. There are no additional card fees.
• Card limits are set per card for the month.
• Even though payment is direct debited in the middle of the month this does not reset the credit limit of the card.
• The Mobilcard cannot be used to purchase Fuel Vouchers or for cash out.
• The Mobilcards can be used at Mobil stations and select Allied Petroleum, NPD and Waitomo Fuel stations.
• Your new Mobilcard will be delivered to you within 10 – 15 working days.

• If a replacement card is required due to loss or damage to the existing card, please email through to smartfuel@smartloyalty.co.nz with the below card details.

• If you would like a credit limit increase please email through to smartfuel@smartloyalty.co.nz with the card number, name and the new limit that you would like to set on the card – you will receive an email confirming once approved and actioned.

- A complete list of cards on the account (incl limits, restrictions, current month spend, and card details).
- A transaction history either by card or for the whole account.
